We were very impressed with the staff from the time we ordered it to them picking it up. They were all very nice and polite. we just happened to get this company back accident when other company's would not answer there phones or call us back. One company called me back 3 days after we had left the message and i politely told them that Just Gotta Jump will have any and all future business. If you have not used this company then you must because it was a great expierence. Once again thank you for making this a pleasant time for our grand kids and there little friends. 100% satisfied and 100 % coming back real soon. Randy

I've rented inflatables from other places but I believe Just Gotta Jump is the cleanest! My only complaint is the pillow that was promised for the pool part of the inflatable was not there.

This was hands down the best experience that I have had renting special occasion equipment. The convenience of the online ordering and the prompt personal phone call confirming my order (A real person not a recording!) impressed me right from the start. I have used Just Gotta Jump for 2 years! My students love the 52 foot obstacle course and the giant boxing ring. The customer service is very personable and I get to speak directly to the owner when I call. You can't beat old fashioned customer service. When I needed the change the location of our event, the gentleman I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who delivered the water slide was on time and friendly. The children LOVED the Dragon's Tail Water Slide. They played on it right until it got picked up. It made our party extra fun and special. Thank you!

Jen and her team were fantastic! They were easy to work with and provided great services. We rented several inflatables and games and catered for about 500 people. The food was great along with the presentation. We were able to enjoy the event because they took care of the rest. Great prices too!

We had an awesome experience for our first birthday party rental from Just Gotta Jump! Staff was friendly, dropped off was informative, quick and easy! They let me know what I needed to know to have a successful event with the inflatable and when they would be back to pick it up. Pick up was fast and you would have never known a giant inflatable had been in my yard all day! As far as the inflatable went, I did nothing for setup or take down, which was amazingly wonderful! I was so stressed about the weather prediction for my event. I cannot tell you how great it was to hear from you several days before letting me know that you had reviewed the weather & felt like it would be fine. The crew showed up early and neatly set up the jump. It was exactly as advertised, in great shape & clean. Everyone, kids and adults, enjoyed playing on the jump & slide. Just gotta Jump was the most affordable for what we wanted and for the location of our party! I was so pleased with how quickly they put it up and put it down. They were super friendly and provided a clean bouncy castle for all the kids to play in. I would definitely recommend Just Gotta Jump to anyone as well as me using them again and again! When I called to order the jumpy house, the person on the phone was wonderful, answered all questions I had. They came and put the jumpy house up quickly and in the right spot. My grandson was overjoyed to have a jumpy house again at his birthday. This is the second time I have used you all and will use you again in the future.

Customer service was out of this world. The team catered to nearly our every whim and stayed later to ensure everyone was happy. It did seem like there was too much downtime and some of our group thought that if we had gotten the team challenges started earlier, they would have had time for kickball before the rain started. I however, was impressed with everything. From the appearance, to the quality of the inflatables, to the quantity of food/drinks available, etc. We will more than likely book again with JGJ.

The overall experience was great. We were able to get one of the rentals we wanted and another that was very comparable. Both items were well maintained and in good condition. The kids had an absolute blast all afternoon. The employees were very nice both when picking the items up and dropping them back off. We will definitely use "Show It Off" in the future.

The jumper was great and the kids really enjoyed it. Delivery was right on time. Pick up was 40 minutes late due to vehicle trouble. I wasn't contacted abut delay. Friendly staff and rental was clean, in great condition and easy to supervise during play.

The staff have a great understanding of customer service. They answer any and all questions as well as work with you on the delivery location.
